Interior painting is the core of the business and runs all year. Exterior painting fills the May to mid-October window. Cabinets are their own trade. Everything else on this page is one of those three, done for a specific room, surface or situation.

Wall paintingWalls only, or walls first: patched, sanded, cut by brush and rolled for an even sheen in whatever finish the room can live with. Ceiling paintingFlat, textured, vaulted or stained, painted in a flat finish that hides what a ceiling has been through and does not show lap marks. Trim and moldingBaseboards, casings, crown, doors, built-ins and wainscoting in a hard enamel, including the 1990s oak that west-metro homeowners want painted white. Accent wallsOne wall in a real color, with the primer and extra coats a deep shade needs and corners that stay sharp where it meets the rest of the room. Drywall repairThe holes, nail pops and winter cracks get fixed, sanded and primed before paint, so the new color does not put a spotlight on old damage. Move-in / move-outThe empty-house window between closing and moving day, or the week before a listing, used to repaint the whole interior faster and cheaper than any other time. Rental paintingTurnover repaints between tenants, done fast in a durable sheen and one standard color so the next touch-up is a quart, not a repaint.
